Proprietary Check - Draft Safety Evaluation for X-energy's Atmospheric Dispersion and Dose Calculation Methodology Topical Report
Dear Ms. Maddocks,
By letter dated September 25, 2023, X-energy submitted Revision 2 of the topical report titled, Atmospheric Dispersion and Dose Calculation Methodology, for NRC staff review. The NRC staff completed its review of this topical report and have placed a copy of the draft safety evaluation (SE) in the NRC Box folder for the Xe-100 project (X-energy Xe-100 Reactor/Atmospheric Dispersion and Dose Calculation TR).
Pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390 Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, the NRC staff provided the draft SE for X-energy to identify any proprietary information within the draft SE. If you believe that any information is proprietary, please identify such information line-by-line and define the basis pursuant to the criteria in 10 CFR 2.390. Use double brackets and yellow highlight to identify any proprietary information.
Please provide comments on any proprietary aspects of the draft SE within five working days of the date of this email.
