- Jorge, For your login issue, email support@certrec.com. They usually respond pretty quickly but let me know if you have any issues getting it resolved.
As for Jeff and Jesse, have they not received any login information? Certrec said they are listed as Active in their system. If they have not received login information I will follow up with Certrec and have that sent out again. I talked to X-energys Certrec point of contact and he is still working with Certrec to get the Control Room Operator Read Room set up. He is optimistic Certrec can have that up and running by the end of the day.

- Jessica, Just to give you a status. They have not received the email and are also checking their junk mail. Jeff is already out but Jesse will be on the look for it. We will need to coordinate so that the email is re-sent to Jeff next Friday so that he can access 9/11 Also, I had previously accessed the portal and changed my code. I am trying to log in now and it is not letting me.
Can you please advise how to resolve?

We are working to set up access to Certrec for Jeff and Jesse, please be aware that an email from Certrec may require action within 72 hours8.333333e-4 days <br />0.02 hours <br />1.190476e-4 weeks <br />2.7396e-5 months <br /> of receipt. The email from Certrec should prompt you to set up a password. When you log in, you will be able to access select folders in the ERR.
For the pre-review of the Control Room Operator LTR, the folder will be titled: Control Room Operator LTR Please let me know if you have any issues accessing Certrec.
