Submittal of the Standard Practice Procedures Plan for the Laser Isotope Separation Technologies, Inc. Demonstration Facility
Dear Anthony Bowers:
The purpose of this letter is to provide the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) with the possessing Laser Isotope Separation Technologies, Inc. (LIST) Standard Practice Procedures Plan (SPPP) for review and approval. The SPPP describes the proposed security procedures and controls for the LIST Demonstration Facilitys closed area to safeguard classified matter associated with its laser enrichment technology. It is LISTs intention to have its closed area inspected and approved for a possessing facility security clearance by the NRC before the Department of Energy declares its technology as classified Restricted Data.
The enclosure contains Security-Related Information therefore, LIST requests that the enclosure be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390.
