DOCUMENTATION REQUESTED

1. Information Requested for IP 88200.C - Inspection of Structural Steel and Supports at Fuel Cycle Facilities, IP 88200.K - Inspection of Safety-Significant Welding at Fuel Cycle Facilities, and IP 88201 - Inspection of Management Measures during Construction of Fuel Cycle Facilities
1) Latest versions of the Integrated Safety Analysis (ISA) Summary Chapters 1, 2, and 4 that are to be submitted to NRC
2) Latest versions of the License Application Chapters 1, 2, 3, and 11 that are to be submitted to NRC
3) Procedures governing the implementation of management measures (e.g. configuration management program, other safety controls including quality assurance, corrective action, etc.)
4) Procedures governing the implementation of management measures for installation and/or construction of IROFS that have been created and finalized.
5) Organization chart that shows TRISO and Clark Construction interface and responsibilities.
6) Copies of all instructions, procedures, plans, and drawings applicable to the fabrication and erection of safety significant structural steel, structural supports, and welding.
7) Copies of structural calculations including any unincorporated changes associated with the fabrication and erection of safety significant structural steel, structural supports, and welding.
8) Copies of Welding Performance Specifications (WPS) and supporting Performance Qualification Records (PQR) applicable to safety significant structural welding.
9) Copies of construction specifications associated with the fabrication and erection of safety significant structural steel, structural supports, and welding, including:

Fabrication of Structural Steel.

Erection of Structural Steel.

Steel Joists.

Metal Decking Structural Bolting.

Structural Welding.

Installation of Cast-in-Place Anchor Rods.

Installation of Post-installed Anchors Inspection of Structural Steel.

10) Copy of purchase orders associated with the fabrication and erection of safety significant structural steel, structural supports, and welding and any referenced information addressing project QA requirements if not included above. (Copies of publicly available codes and standards do not need to be provided and information strictly of a business nature may be redacted).
11) Copies of audits and surveillances of contractors and consultants providing material, equipment and services associated with the design, fabrication, and erection of safety significant structural steel, structural supports, and welding.
12) A descriptive list of all condition reports and nonconformance reports associated with the fabrication and erection of safety significant structural steel, structural supports, and welding.
13) Copies of test records, including concrete compressive test associated with installation

of safety significant concrete.

14) Copies of inspection records associated with the fabrication and erection of safety significant structural steel, structural supports, and welding.

1) The inspectors will need site support for access to the construction and work area
2) Actual onsite time and dates will be coordinated and confirmed as construction progresses.
