The subject 120-Day lnservice Inspection Report for Braidwood Station Unit 1, Refueling Outage 25 (A 1 R25) is being submitted pursuant to the requirements of IWA-6230, "Owner's Activity Report" of American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code,Section XI, 2019 Edition as approved per Reference 2.
The attachment provides the Owner's Activity Report for inservice inspection activities performed during the previous fuel cycle, including a list of items with flaws or relevant conditions that required evaluation for continued service, and an abstract of repair/replacement activities required for continued service applicable to activities and events occurring through the end of the A 1 R25 refueling outage.
