Enclosed is export license application XCOM1381, which was accepted for review by the U.S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on January 28, 2026. In this application, Technetics Group, LLC requests to export five nuclear reactor pressure vessel (RPV) inner seals, five nuclear RPV outer seals, and associated clips and screws to be installed at the Laguna Verde Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2, located in Veracruz, Mexico.
Assurances are required from Mexico that the components will be subject to all the provisions of Section 109b of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. The NRC requests your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances.
