RE: RE: Final decision on EA timeframe Good morning Milton, We are continuing to write an EA. Our scheduling and resources letter ML25155B841 stated we are going to issue the EA in June 2026, and I am still committed to that date.
There is no environmental impact issue that I am aware of that would prevent us from reaching a FONSI.
However, our team is still evaluating the full impact.
If that changes, you will one of the first to be informed and we will immediately revert to an EIS.

Final decision on EA timeframe
- Joe, Just a quick question.
I believe in the kickoff meeting we discussed when the NRC would make a final decision on moving forward with an EA vs switching to an EIS. I think I remember it was in the mid-August timeframe, which corresponds to us getting you all of the information need requests. Am I remembering correctly?
