NOAAs National Marine Fisheries Service Essential Fish Habitat Consultation is concluded Good morning, On February 4th, 2026, the NRC has officially concluded consultation on Essential Fish Habitat for the Long Mott CP project with the NOAAs National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Habitat Conservation Division. NMFS has concurred with our findings and has not provided any additional conservation measures. This concludes the NRCs obligation under the Magnuson-Stevens Act.
NMFS response will be posted in ADAMS as a public document. See ML26035A118.
