Docket No. 50-614-CP ASLBP No. 25-991-01-CP-BD01 February 2, 2026 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Scheduling Prehearing Conference and Oral Argument)
On January 22, 2026, the Licensing Board issued a Memorandum and Order granting the hearing request of San Antonio Bay Estuarine Waterkeeper (Petitioner).1 In accordance with that issuance and pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.332(a)2, the Board will hold a prehearing conference to consult with the parties before entering a scheduling order.
In addition to addressing scheduling and other administrative matters, the Board will use this conference as an opportunity to pose questions regarding Petitioners three pending motions for leave to file new and amended contentions.3 1 See LBP-26-01, 103 NRC ___, ___ (slip op. at 60) (Jan. 22, 2026).

When asked to provide their availability for a conference during the month of February, speaking through counsel for applicant Long Mott Energy, LLC, the parties jointly proposed two dates, February 25 and 26, 2026. The conference is scheduled for Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. EST and will be conducted remotely. In a future order, the Board will provide additional details, including a public listen-only telephone number.
