Supplement to Application for Order Consenting to Direct Transfer of Big Rock Point Site and Approving Conforming License Amendment In Reference 1 (the Application), Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC (HDI), on behalf of itself, Holtec Palisades, LLC, and Holtec Big Rock Point, LLC (together, Applicants), submitted an application requesting that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) consent to the direct transfer of ownership of the Big Rock Point site and the Big Rock Point license from Holtec Palisades, LLC to Holtec Big Rock Point, LLC.
Attachment C to Enclosure 1 to the Application contained the corporate information required by 10 CFR 50.33(d)(3) for Applicants and their affiliates, including the names of the directors or managing members and principal officers of each entity. Upon review of the Application, Applicants have determined that the entity listed in three instances on Page 4 of Attachment C as Holtec Big Rock, LLC should have instead been listed as Holtec Big Rock Point, LLC in each instance. The Applicants request that the NRC review the Application accordingly.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), a copy of this submittal has been sent to the State of Michigan.
