Government Accountability Office (GAO) reports related to NRC activities. The summary outlines the progress made in addressing recommendations that were still open, or those that were not included in our last summary report of April 2, 2025. The GAO recommendations that were addressed in previous annual reports and were indicated as closed by the NRC are not addressed in this report.
