Nuclear Fuel Services, Inc., (NFS) is hereby providing the NFS Emergency Plan, NFS-GH-903, Revision 31, dated December 2025. Revision 31 has been reviewed and approved by the NFS Safety and Safeguards Review Council (SSRC). In accordance with 10 CFR Part 70, Section 70.32 (i), NFS has determined that the changes reflected in Revision 31 do not decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan, and an amendment of SNM License 124 is not requested. Revision 31 replaces Revision 30, dated November 2024. Revision 31 became effective on December 31, 2025. Revision 30 should be destroyed or returned to NFS on or after that date.
Information contained in the enclosed Emergency Plan includes sensitive information and is marked "OFFICIAL USE ONLY" (QUO) in accordance with 5 U.S.C.552, and is not suitable for public release.
