I just noticed that there was a typo in subject line of the email I sent you last Friday (below):
the topical report completeness determination issued on 01/26/26 was for report number HI-2251837 Revision 0, not HI-2251825 Revision 0. The body of the email and the attached Form 898 showed the correct report number HI-2251837 Revision 0.
My apologies if this error caused any confusion.

Attached please find NRC Form 898, Topical Report Completeness Determination, that the NRC staff has prepared for report number HI-2251837 Revision 0, SMR-300 Time-Domain LS-DYNA Soil Structure Interaction Analysis Methodology Licensing Topical Report. The estimated due dates for several milestones, including the issuance of a Request for Additional Information (RAI), and completion of the Draft Safety Evaluation (SE) and Final SE are shown on the form. The review schedule assumes a timely response to audit issues and a 25-day response to RAI (if applicable).
To meet the estimated milestones, the NRC staff has identified several areas related to modeling assumptions, verification, and validation that will require immediate engagement.
As such, the NRC staff plans to begin an audit as soon as practicable. The NRC staff will discuss the anticipated audit dates with SMR (Holtec) via separate communication.
The dates and resource estimates are subject to change as they may be affected by the
timeline of resolution of technical issues or other factors. The NRC staff will communicate any significant changes to the estimated schedule milestones and/or review hours to SMR (Holtec) via separate letter.
