Dear Matt Snider:
This letter refers to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) oversight activities conducted from October 1 to December 31, 2025, for the American Centrifuge Plant facility in Piketon, OH. During that time, the NRC did not conduct any inspection activities onsite that will be documented as part of the fourth quarter of calendar year 2025.
This letter and your response (if any) will be made available for public inspection and copying at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html and at the NRC Public Document Room in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390, Public Inspections, Exemptions, Requests for Withholding.
