This letter is to inform you that effective January 11, 2026, Michael Mahoney has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commissions Chief for Plant Licensing Branch IV, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Mr. Mahoney will assume all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Tony Nakanishi regarding all Region IV Operating Reactors provided in the enclosure to this letter.
