GEHA/GVHA Notice of Name Change GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC (GEHA) and its parent organizations, GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Holdings LLC (GEHNEH) and GENE Holding LLC (GENE-H) are formally notifying NRC Staff of a change of name from the current names to GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas LLC (GVHA), GE Vernova Hitachi Nuclear Energy Holdings LLC (GVHNEH), and GE Vernova NE Holding LLC (GVNE-H) respectively. This name change does not change the Tax Identification Number for any of the entities named nor does the ownership or control of the entities change. Form SF-328 for each entity and Form 405F OODEPs for each entity will be provided in accordance with 10 CFR 95.19(b), supporting the non-possessing facility clearance held by GVHA. These updates reflect the new names but retain the previous ownership structures and Tax Identification Numbers.
There are no substantive changes to the Standard Practice Procedures Plan. Accordingly, the changes that are the subject of this update should not adversely affect the prior favorable FOCI determinations for GVNE-H, GVHNEH, or GVHA.
