[External_Sender] DOE Comment on Draft Supplemental EIS for a Construction Permit at the Clinch River Nuclear Site The draft states DOE declined to participate in this SEIS proceeding (page 1-10/ 32 of 257).
This is not accurate as DOE indicated during the audit meeting it would cooperate with NEPA review when the siting of the new transmission corridor was definitive and gets notified.
We propose to change the language to say: DOE participated in multiple audit sessions regarding the SEIS and has reviewed relevant portions of the document for the areas of the project it owns.
