FWS Mitigation Measures Letter Hi folks, I just wanted to confirm that the letter we discussed this afternoon at out 1 pm meeting, which is making its way through the X-energy management concurrence, will include a discussion on the FWS mitigation measures. Those mitigation measures were discussed at a meeting on Monday December 15th.
My understanding is that the letter should be issued sometime before Friday January 16th.
