FWS Mitigation Measures Letter Hi folks, I just wanted to confirm that the letter we discussed this afternoon at out 1 pm meeting, which is making its way through the X-energy management concurrence, will include a discussion on the FWS mitigation measures. Those mitigation measures were discussed at a meeting on Monday December 15th.
My understanding is that the letter should be issued sometime before Friday January 16th.
We are looking at the FWS Consultation timeline, and we want to ensure our timing is correct to initiate the 60 day window with FWS and meet any schedule obligations.
