In response to your November 14, 2025, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request for access to data for the number of public meetings, topical reports, white papers, and any other pre-application activities that Nuscale engaged in, we tasked the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) to search for records. Subject Matter Experts in NRR informed us the information you seek is publicly available in the Agenywide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS). To assist in your search, please use the following directions to navigate ADAMS:
Use the Advanced Search feature of ADAMS at the following link:
https://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams#web-based-adams Click on "Begin Web-Based ADAMS Search" Say No to Would you like to search using the new ADAMS Public Search application today?
then click on the "Advanced Search" tab at the top of the page, Go to "Document Properties" and click on the box under the word "Property."
On the drop down menu select "Docket Number."
Select Operator is equal to Value for US600: PROJ0769; Value for US460: 99902078; then click search To expand the list of documents, to as many as 500 documents, go to the bottom right of the page where it says "Displaying" and use the drop down menu to select the number of items you want displayed. The list of NuScale documents will come up and you can sort by Document Title, Accession Number, Date Added, and Document Date.
