TERMINATION OF QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM APPROVAL FOR RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL PACKAGE NO. 0030, REVISION 9
Dear Mr. Grogan:
As requested in your \
letter dated September 30, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System [ADAMS] Accession No. ML25323A135), Quality Assurance (QA)
Program Approval No. 0030, Revision 9 (ML20190A116), is hereby terminated. Your general license under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 71 Subpart C, to transport licensed material and your registration as a user of U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)-approved packagings under 10 CFR 71.17(c)(3) are also terminated.
Therefore, you are no longer authorized to procure, maintain, repair, or use radioactive material packagings under 10 CFR Part 71.
If you wish to have your QA program approved in the future, please submit a request in writing, along with a description of your QA program, in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 71 Subpart H.
Please note that records required by 10 CFR 71.91 and 10 CFR 71.135 are to be retained for a period of 3 years.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390, Public inspections, exemptions, requests for withholding, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records component of the NRCs ADAMS. ADAMS is accessible from the NRC website at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html. The PDR is open by appointment.
