There were no additional reference materials nor information needed to evaluate the applicants performance on the Job Performance Measure (JPM) re-test.
There were no licensee formal applicant or facility comments for consideration during grading activities.
There were no Post-Examination Condition Reports or Simulator Deficiencies Reports generated.
