By letter dated October 22, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25295A487), Vistra Operations Company, LLC (VistraOps) submitted a license amendment for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 1 to revise Technical Specification 3.8.1, Action A.3.. The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff has determined that additional information is required to complete its review. Attached is the NRC staffs request for additional information (RAI). During a clarification call conducted on December 18, 2025, a response date of December 31, 2025, was agreed upon. If VistraOps requires additional time to response contact me to discuss when a response can be provided and how that may affect the review schedule.
