SUMMARY - EXAMINATION REPORT 05000395/2025301
Dear Beth Jenkins:
The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the individual examination results for the applicants
who participated in the initial operator license examination conducted at your facility during the
week of November 3 - 7, 2025 and November 13, 2025. This letter complies with the intent
of NUREG-1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, Revision 12,
ES-5.1, Section E.
Enclosure 1 is a copy of Form 5.1-3, Power Plant Examination Results Summary. Enclosure 2
consists of copies of the licenses for the applicants who passed the examination. Enclosure 3
consists of copies of the Individual Examination Reports (Form 5.1-2) for all applicants who took
the examination. The Individual Examination Reports are included to enable you to evaluate
individual weaknesses and provide appropriate remedial training for those operators as
necessary.
You should receive the operator license certificates in approximately 90 days. Region II
encourages licensees to plan certificate presentation ceremonies for licensed operators. If
available, regional management will participate in such ceremonies. Please contact me at
