ON REPLOY POWERS WHITE PAPER ON SUBMERSIBLE POWER SYSTEM PROTOTYPE UNIT INTRODUCTION On December 10, 2025, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) conducted a closed meeting with REPLOY Power, Inc. (REPLOY) to discuss proprietary information related to REPLOYs white paper (WP) on Submersible Power System Prototype Unit Introduction.
REPLOY submitted this WP (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25280A244 public; ML25280A246 non-public) by letter dated October 6, 2025 (ML25280A243).
