No water jacket Higher weight Lead and Holtite in the shell

Incorporate MPC-37CBS and MPC-89CBS across all variants of the HI-STORM UMAX Add a new fuel classification to the CoC/FSAR Incorporate Topical Report on the Radiological Fuel Qualification Methodology for Dry Storage Systems These changes will be described in further detail in the closed portion of the meeting Remove heat load penalty Holtec will provide benchmarking data to showcase the safety of the HI-STORM UMAX overpack
