Kairos Power LLC Presentation Materials for the Kairos Power Meeting with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission on Hermes External Event Design Criteria This letter transmits the presentation slides for the December 18, 2025 meeting to discuss external event design criteria for the Kairos Power Fluoride Salt-Cooled, High Temperature Non-Power Reactor (Hermes). Enclosure 1 provides the non-proprietary slides. Kairos Power authorizes the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to reproduce and distribute the submitted content, as necessary, to support the conduct of their regulatory responsibilities.
