The NRC has received your request dated October 7, 2025, for approval of the revisions to your NRC-approved Quality Assurance Program Description (QAPD) that meets the applicable QA requirements of 10 CFR Part 71 Subpart H. The staff finds that Urenco has provided sufficient information without any administrative omissions or deficiencies and will start the detailed review.
We anticipate completing the review by the end of January 2026 and will inform you by then of the need for any additional information. If no additional information is needed, the NRC decision on your application is planned to be issued within 30 days of the completion of the review.
