This letter transmits information to supplement the construction permit application for Kemmerer Unit 1, provided via Reference 1. Specifically, the earliest projected construction completion date is August 30, 2030, with a six-month contingency resulting in the latest projected construction completion date of February 28, 2031.
This letter makes no new or revised regulatory commitments.
