Attached, please find the completeness determination form and proprietary withholding determination form for Terra Innovatum topical report SOLO-TR-2025-6, SOLO Safeguards Methodology and Implementation of the Material Control & Accountancy (MC&A), Revision 0.
The staff has determined that the submittal includes sufficient information to begin to perform its technical safety review. The staff has identified a proposed date to issue a draft safety evaluation of June 1, 2026. If needed, the staff will issue requests for additional information by March 9, 2026. The NRC staff estimates that 100 hours0.00116 days <br />0.0278 hours <br />1.653439e-4 weeks <br />3.805e-5 months <br /> will be needed to complete the technical review.
The staff has also determined that the submittal contains information that should be withheld from public disclosure. Therefore, the submitted information marked as proprietary will be withheld from public disclosure under Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) 2.390(b)(5) and Section103(b) of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
