Licensing Board Notification Regarding PSAR Supplement # 3
Dear Administrative Judges:
Long Mott Energy, LLC (LME) hereby notifies the Board that, earlier today, LME submitted a letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) transmitting Supplement # 3 to the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) for the Long Mott Generating Station (LMGS)
Construction Permit Application (CPA).1 As noted in the NRC Staffs December 3, 2025 notification,2 PSAR Supplement # 2 included redlined markups of PSAR Sections 2.4.2 through 2.4.5 and 2.4.10 providing additional site-specific flooding analysis information.3 The enclosure to PSAR Supplement # 3 contains the corollary markup of PSAR Table 2.0-1 as updated to reflect the information from PSAR Supplement # 2.
The Board and participants may view this information as relevant to San Antonio Bay Estuarine Waterkeepers (Waterkeeper) Proposed Contention 4.

Accordingly, counsel for LME proactively notified and provided PDF files of the submittal, via email, to counsel for the NRC Staff and Waterkeeper earlier today.
