Quality Assurance Program Descripon, BE-QAPD-001 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML25239A081), to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC). The NRC sta has prepared a "nal safety evaluaon for BE-QAPD-001, Revision 2. The non-proprietary "nal safety evaluaon is enclosed (ML25269A130). The NRC sta has found BE-QAPD-001, Revision 2, to be acceptable for referencing in future licensing applicaons to the extent speci"ed and under the limitaons and condions delineated in the aached "nal safety evaluaon.
The NRC sta requests that Blue Energy publish the accepted version of this TR within three months of receipt of this electronic mail. The accepted version shall incorporate this electronic mail and the enclosed "nal safety evaluaon aer the tle page. It must be well indexed such that informaon is readily located. Also, it must contain historical review informaon, including NRC requests for addional informaon and accepted responses. The accepted version of the TR shall include a -A (designated accepted) following the report iden"caon number.
If the NRCs criteria or regulaons change such that the NRC stas conclusion in this electronic mail (that the TR is acceptable) is invalidated, Blue Energy and/or the applicant referencing the TR will be expected to either revise and resubmit its respecve documentaon or to submit jus"caon for connued applicability of the TR without revision of the respecve documentaon.
