ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECT NUMBER FOR DEPLOYABLE ENERGY PREAPPLICATION ACTIVITIES RELATED TO UNITY NUCLEAR BATTERY LICENSING
Dear Mr. Mukhi:
On October 9, 2025, Deployable Energy submitted a Letter of Intent and requested initiation of pre-application activities for the siting, construction, and operation of the Unity Nuclear Battery (UNITY) microreactor (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML25283A049).
On November 20, 2025, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) established Project No.: 99902155. Please include this number in all correspondence associated with this project.
The NRC staff will begin to charge fees in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 170, "Fees for Facilities, Materials, Import and Export Licenses, and Other Regulatory Services Under the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as Amended," for the licensing and review of this application and any pre-application activities.
