In Reference 1, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) provided Louisiana Energy Services, LLC, dba Urenco USA (UUSA), interim authority to operate (IATO) its classified cyber networks.
In accordance with Special Condition (b) of Reference 1, UUSA is providing the AO and CISO the an updated risk assessment and security categorization report to include all information types processed, stored, and transmitted on its National Security Systems (see Enclosure). This report was not provided to the NRC by the specified due date of October 31, 2025. UUSA self identified this issue and entered it into the corrective action program (reference EVENT-2025-6839).
This enclosure contains Security Related Information and should be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) and RIS 2005-31.
