Docket No. 50-255-LA-5 November 20, 2025 NOTIFICATION OF ISSUANCE The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff (Staff) is filing this notification to inform the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board and the participants in this matter that on November 20, 2025, the Staff issued Amendment No. 282 to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR-20 for the Palisades Nuclear Plant. The amendment consists of changes to the license in response to the license amendment request dated June 24, 2025 (ML25175A275), as supplemented by \
letter dated September 30, 2025 (ML25274A074), directly at issue in this contested proceeding.
The Staffs final no significant hazards consideration determination and safety evaluation of the NFPA 805 license amendment request may be obtained online in the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Public Documents collection at https:www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html under Accession No. ML25288A099.
