Oklo Inc. Licensing Project Plan (Fuel Recycling): Q1 2026 Update Oklo Inc. (Oklo) is submitting to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) the Oklo Inc. Licensing Project Plan (Fuel Recycling): Q1 2026 Update as Enclosure 2 to this letter. However, due to its timing and the extended government shutdown, this includes updates for both Q4 2025 and Q1 2026. The updated plan is intended to follow conversations with NRC staff and management regarding identifying next steps in regulatory engagement and is submitted to support planning and alignment with the NRC on reports, meetings, and other pre-application items leading toward application submittals.
In keeping with standard practice for licensing project plans and other non-technical planning documents, Oklo requests that Enclosure 2 be withheld in its entirety from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR §2.390, due to including detailed confidential and proprietary business information and strategy.
Also enclosed is Oklos affidavit attesting to the proprietary nature of the information enclosed.
