Enclosed is a copy of the Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact related to the SHINE Technologies, LLC request to amend Construction Permit No. CPMIF-001 for the SHINE Medical Isotope Production Facility (SHINE facility), which was submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) by letter dated August 14, 2025 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML25226A150). The amendment request seeks NRC approval to extend the latest date for completion of the construction of the SHINE facility from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2029. The Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact was published in the Federal Register on November 28, 2025 (90 FR 54766).
