SUBJECT:
NOVEMBER 2025 ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON REACTOR SAFEGUARDS (ACRS) FULL COMMITTEE MEETING - TOPICAL REPORTS During the 730th meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards (ACRS), November 5 through 6, 2025, the Committee considered the following Topical Reports (TRs). The Committee made these decisions in accordance with the direction contained in Executive Order 14300, Ordering the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, and with a focus on the statutory requirements contained in the Atomic Energy Act, as amended. In addition, the review of these TRs was deemed high priority by the Agency (i.e., supports high priority licensing) during the lapse in appropriations. No response to this memorandum is requested.
Design-Center Topical Report Reviews 1.
X-energy TR on Plume Exposure Pathway EPZ Sizing Methodology, Revision 1. The Committee does not request to review this TR. The unique, novel, and noteworthy parts of this TR will be explored during the subsequent license application review for the Long Mott construction permit.

X-energy TR on Graphite Core Assembly Material Qualification and Design Methodology.
