Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.304(d), Joint Petitioners respectfully submit this notice to correct a clerical error contained in their Supplemental Petition to Intervene, filed on November 1, 2025, in the above-captioned proceeding.
The Supplemental Petition incorrectly cited the filing date of Holtecs September 30, 2025 submittal as September 23, 2025, identifying it as the License Amendment Request (LAR) replacing the June 24, 2025 Holtec LAR. The correct filing date is September 30, 2025, as documented in Holtecs Palisades Letter PNP-2025-070, titled

3 Supplemental Information to License Amendment Request to Change the Full Compliance Implementation Date for the Fire Protection Program Transition License Condition for Required Modifications (ADAMS Accession No. ML25274A074).
That Holtec September 30, 2025 filing was made publicly available in ADAMS on October 2, 2025, which was correctly stated in Joint Petitioners Supplemental Petition and served as the basis for the thirty-day filing requirement under 10 C.F.R. § 2.309(b).
This correction to the Holtec Supplemental LAR filing date is purely clerical and does not alter any substantive statement, contention, or citation in the filing. All docket and ADAMS references remain accurate, and the operative document addressed in the Supplemental Petition is unchanged.
Accordingly, Joint Petitioners request that the record reflect the corrected reference to:
Holtec Palisades Letter PNP-2025-070, dated September 30, 2025 (publicly released October 2, 2025).
