Changes to License Chapter 5 Nuclear Criticality Safety for the TRISO-X License Application TRISO-X, LLC (TRISO-X) hereby submits information regarding the review of the License Application for the TRISO-X Fuel Fabrication Facility (References 2 and 3). The NRC issued RAI Set 15 by \
letter dated July 3, 2025 (Reference 4) and TRISO-X responded by \
letter dated July 24, 2025 (Reference 5). By email dated October 21, 2025 (Reference 6), the NRC requested a meeting to discuss two nuclear criticality safety issues identified. The NRC and TRISO-X held a meeting on October 28, 2025, which resulted in agreement on changes to the TRISO-X License Chapter 5, Nuclear Criticality Safety. The enclosure to this letter contains the agreed upon changes.
