TN-RAM Package, dated January 6, 2021.
In accordance with 10 CFR 71.38, TN Americas LLC (TN) herewith requests a five year renewal of Certificate of Compliance (CoC) for the TN-RAM package. The expiration date of the current CoC is January 31, 2026. No other changes to the certificate are requested.
TN has a quality assurance program, approved by the NRC, which satisfies the provisions of Subpart H-Quality Assurance of 10 CFR Part 71.
