HI-STORM UMAX Amendment 5 Responses to Proposed Resolution
Dear Ms. Melendez-Colon:
By email dated September 18, 2025, the NRC staff provided a proposed resolution regarding the Holtec HI-STORM UMAX Amendment 5 structural follow up comments specific to RAI ST 5FF. The proposed resolution attached to the email requested 2 changes to the HI-STORM UMAX FSAR. Holtec is pleased to submit those requested changes asked by the staff.
This submittal includes the full set of impacted HI-STORM UMAX FSAR changed pages included as Attachment 1. Attachment 2 contains a proprietary thermal calculation package.
Since Attachment 2 contains proprietary information, Attachment 3 contains an affidavit requesting that these documents be withheld from public disclosure.
