Dear Mr. Ollis,
Thank you for your September 22, 2025, letter in response to the Notice of Nonconformance (NON) that was discussed in the subject U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) inspection report (IR).
We have reviewed your letter and found that it is not fully responsive to NON 99900003/2025-201-02. Specifically, your response did not include the results of the extent of condition performed to verify the status of the nonconformances that remained open at the time of the inspection, including whether there were other items that could not be located. Further, your response did not address the physical status of the items for nonconformance reports (NCRs)
S-1007, S-1031, and S-1054, identified in NON 99900003/2025-201-02, and whether these NCRs are still open or have they been closed as part of GEHs corrective actions for the NON, even though the items could not be found at the time of the inspection.
Please provide a written explanation or statement within 30 days of this letter in accordance with the instructions specified in the enclosed NON of IR No. 99900003/2025-201. The agency will consider extending the response time if you show good cause for us to do so.
