Dear Julio Lara:
Pursuant to Confirmatory Order (CO) EA-23-018 (Reference 1), specifically Section III, Item 5, American Centrifuge Operating, LLC (ACO) hereby notifies the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) that all CO corrective actions have been satisfactorily completed and implemented. Additionally, in accordance with CO Section III, Item 4.E, ACO's Independent Assessment - End-Point Assessment of Confirmatory Order #EA-23-018 Corrective Action Plan (ACP-IA-2025-02) has been completed and is available at the sites for NRC inspection or upon special request. In general, the CO subtasks were found to be sustainable, actions were closed out, and adequate closure evidence was described or found attached to each subtask to ensure the task was completed and there is reasonable assurance that recurrence of the apparent violations will be preventable.
