The Board has not determined yet whether it will hold oral argument on standing and contention admissibility. But at the direction of the Board, the participants provided an available date for an in-person oral argument should the Board decide to hold argument. Accordingly, the participants are Ordered to hold Wednesday, October 29, 2025, as the date for in-person oral argument. If oral argument is held, it will begin at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. The Board will advise promptly, after receipt of the Answers, whether it intends to hold oral argument.
Before the Board makes its determination as to whether to hold oral argument, if any of the participants are faced with a need to schedule something else on October 29, 2025, he or she shall notify the Board promptly via email to its law clerk, Ms. Dean, with copy to all other participants. The Board will address the email promptly IT IS SO ORDERED.
