SMR, LLC is pleased to submit a quarterly revision to the previously submitted SMR-300 Regulatory Engagement Plan (REP).
contains a copy of Revision 6 to the SMR-300 REP. As stated in our previous REP revision submittals, this REP will be a living document that is updated and expanded as plans evolve to support future licensing actions and regulatory decisions associated with the SMR design. SMR, LLC will maintain this REP and any changes to the REP will be discussed and communicated with the NRC staff.
