Licensing Board Notification Regarding PSAR Supplement # 1
Dear Administrative Judges:
In accordance with its obligation to inform the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) of relevant developments,1 Long Mott Energy, LLC (LME) hereby notifies the Board and the participants to the adjudicatory proceeding that today, September 26, 2025, LME submitted Letter No. 2025-PLM-NRC-010 to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).2 The enclosure to that letter provides Supplement #1 to the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report (PSAR) for the Long Mott Generating Station (LMGS) Construction Permit Application (CPA).3 That enclosure consists of a redlined markup of PSAR Section 6.4.2.3 that provides further identification and descriptions of the confirmatory testing and analysis activities that will be conducted for fuel qualification and a schedule of those activities showing that they will be completed before the latest date for completion of construction of LMGS and [o]ther minor editorial changes to improve clarity.4 1
