In accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding between our agencies, I request that you review the attached Department of Energys special permit application request, dated July 2, 2025, and make recommendation for approval of a one-time movement of the USDA Natick Irradiator from Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania to the Nevada National Security Site.
