In our Initial Prehearing Order, we noted that we reserved the right to impose a page or word limitation on future submissions. See ADAMS Accession No. ML25217A517 (Initial Prehearing Order (Aug. 5, 2025) at 4 (unpublished)). We hereby impose a limit of 50 pages for any Reply filing that Joint Petitioners1 submit in support of their September 7, 2025 Request for Hearing and Petition to Intervene (Consolidated Petition).
We also remind Joint Petitioners that they are limited to one Reply submission, which must be targeted to the new argument(s) or fact(s) in the Answers [and] should not raise new arguments or include new support for the contentions. Id. at 23. Nor should the Reply simply reargue things advanced in the Consolidated Petition. We further remind Joint Petitioners of their obligation to ensure that any Reply submission be supported by appropriate and accurate references to legal authority and factual basis. 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(d); cf. 10 C.F.R.
