Dear Dir. Warden:
Enclosed is an application XCOM1276/03, accepted for review by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission on September 4, 2025. Curtiss-Wright Flow Control Corporation d/b/a Scientech is seeking the renewal of export license XCOM1276/02 which authorizes the export of minor reactor components as listed in paragraphs 5-11 of Appendix A to 10 CFR Part 110, to China. These components include multiple sets of steam generator nozzle dams, test fixtures, storage containers, control consoles, ancillary equipment, replacement and spare parts for use at the Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station and Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant.
Before taking action on this request, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures and from the overall perspective of the Executive Branch, as to whether the requested export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
